Amazing Concert, Terrible Ticket Problem
I bought two, $25 tickets on May 6th. On the morning of the concert (July 20th), I selected ONE of my two tickets to be up for sale. Hours later, I arrive to get into the venue and neither of the two tickets would scan and they were “invalid.” The solos on instruments were awesome as well, and every singer sounded amazing. The concert did not disappoint, and it was an overall fun experience. I’ve loved the Doobie Brothers since I was a kid. So, I had to buy a new ticket, which was ~$100 face value. One, the app wouldn’t process the sale earlier in the day—two, I 100% only selected one seat up for sale! An employee said it refunded both. What gets worse is that I wasn’t able to buy back my $25 ticket. I stood in line at the ticket office for 30 minutes just for them to tell me both tickets were refunded. I drove a long distance for the concert and this was highly inconvenient. I’m saying this… I’ve tried to chat with multiple agents and no one was able to issue a partial refund for their mistake! Any assistance would truly be appreciated.
